FAIR USE POLICY

We are committed to delivering the AITR Services fairly to all our Users while upholding high standards of quality. To achieve this, we have implemented this Fair Use Policy, which applies to all Users.

The Service features various functionalities that affect shared processing resources and data generation in different ways. Under this Fair Use Policy, we set — at our sole discretion — “outer-bound” limits designed to ensure the quality, availability, stability, consistency, and performance of the SaaS Services (the “Limits”). The vast majority of Users (over 95%) consistently operate well within these Limits. Exceeding the Limits may result in (i) throttling or restriction of access to Services, with or without prior notice; and/or (ii) additional charges as outlined in a relevant Order Form.

This Fair Use Policy forms part of the “Documentation” for the Services as described in our online Terms of Service. Terms capitalized but not defined in this policy will have the meanings specified in the Terms of Service. Furthermore, as detailed in the Terms of Service, all customers must adhere to usage and content restrictions.

We retain the right to amend this or any other documentation at any time, including but not limited to modifying limits. Such limits may be detailed in other documentation.

WARNING

If our team or system determines that you are not complying with this Fair Use Policy, we may initially lock your workspace and issue a warning. Persistent non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.
